- Fallen Angel uses USD on all Domestic & give you the ability to change your language and currency for international orders.
- Do you allow exchanges?
- We offer size exchanges within 7 days of receiving orders on all unworn items excluding lingerie & sale items.
- What if I receive the wrong item?
- Please contact us with any concerns over the wrong item or size. In the rare case that you received the incorrect item, we will be happy to send you the correct one at no additional cost, along with a return label for the incorrect item. Please note that each garment is unique and handmade.
- I entered the wrong address. What do I do?
- If you enter the wrong shipping address or if you enter information incorrectly, please email email@example.com immediately and we will update your order if it has not been shipped yet. Fallen Angel is not responsible for items that are successfully delivered by the carrier to your correct address.
- When will I receive my order?
- Your order is packed and shipped within 2-3 days of your date of purchase. Average delivery time for domestic orders is 3-7 business days. After your order is shipped from our warehouse, it is out of our hands. Fallen Angel is not responsible for lost packages, missed deliveries or undeliverable addresses.
